Our Client is a multinational medical device company.
Job Description:
- Closely work on with Sales to collect needs/feedback and capture business opportunities, Lead collaboration with BU leadership on commercial strategies and go-to-market models
- Propose projects and deals actively based on business insights
- Collect market intelligence, conduct feasibility studies, and preliminary screen project through due diligence, valuation and return analysis of proposed investment projects, and do approval preparation
- Timely disclose the risks in project operation and propose corresponding solutions
- Manage portfolio of company-level strategic initiatives; lead cross-functional task forces to drive implementation
- Cultivate corporate capabilities and management systems; develop or innovate business models
Position Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience; 8+ years preferred
- Strategic planning, business development, strategic marketing, PE/VC fund at Fortune 500 company (healthcare industry preferred) or strategy consulting experience
- Understand and familiarize with the key points and success factors in investment and M&A
Skills and Competency:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving, with excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
- Outstanding analytical skills; e.g., developing business cases, building quantitative models
- Good organizing and planning skill with a strong business acumen, highly self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent delivery of high-quality project outputs
- Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills
- Professional proficiency in Office software
