Responsibilities:
✓ Responsible for all marketing category related activities in China market
(support APAC region when necessary), including but not limited to
developing and executing marketing plans and activities, i.e. events,
promotions, campaigns, advertisements, and product trainings.
✓ Responsible for product marketing related work, close communication with
global product, R&D and commercial related departments.
✓ Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, including event,
promotion, campaign, ads, and product training.
✓ Work with distributors to communicate marketing plans and product
information.
✓ Establish and maintain a positive brand image and reputation, reach a wider
consumer market through various online and offline channels.
✓ Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities and develop
corresponding marketing strategies.
✓ Collect market feedback and sales data, provide regular marketing reports,
and provide market analysis and forecasting for company management.
Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant marketing
experience.
✓ Cross-functional collaboration experience in a multinational company,
preferably with an understanding of marketing ideas and models for industrial
products.
✓ Familiar with various forms of marketing promotion, including event,
promotion, campaign, ads, product training, and have a successful track record.
✓ Understand the channel and strategy of each media and optimize and adjust
according to market demand.
✓ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills can effectively manage
marketing teams and establish close cooperation with distributors.
✓ With market analysis ability, able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
competitors and provide successful marketing strategy plans.
✓ Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent writing skills
