KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTY
1. Market & competition insights:
* Monitor and synthesize macroeconomics, industry and consumer major trends, drive implication on opportunity & challenges.
* Build competition intelligence tool to monitor key brands movements on key business drivers, e.g. product offering, marketing, distribution, channel execution, etc.
2. Strategic topic study:
* Support on consumer insights study via close collaboration with agency, incl. survey design, data analysis, insights synthesis, etc. and help to translate the key findings to actionable advice.
* Support leadership team on strategic topic deep-dive analysis as per request.
3. Reporting & Presentations:
* Prepare and present insightful reports that synthesize market data, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform business decisions.
* Deliver presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
* Develop regular market intelligence reports and dashboards to keep internal stakeholders informed of market trends and developments.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to ensure that market insights align with company objectives.
* Act as a strategic partner to drive alignment between market intelligence and business strategy.
* Foster collaboration between teams to integrate market and consumer insights into business planning and execution.
5. Agency Management:
* Manage external market research agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data, insights, and research outputs on time and within budget.
* Evaluate the performance of third-party agencies and build strong partnerships to maximize research effectiveness.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUILAFICATION
* Bachelor’s degree, major in business, Marketing, Economics is a plus; a master’s degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in Strategy planning, market / competition intelligence, consumer insights sector, ideally within the sporting goods, apparel, or consumer goods industries.
* Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Strong experience with Market research data source, tool, and software (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
* Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
* Fluent English proficiency for efficient communication, both in written and oral.
