Company Overview: Our client is a leading accounting and consulting services firm with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of M&A strategies in line with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed financial models and valuation assessments.
- Support the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of acquisition projects.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Track and analyze the performance of executed deals to provide insight into future strategies.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and goal attainment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, advisors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external financial and legal advisors on the due diligence process
- Prepare periodic investor reports and updates

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field with exposure to M&A deals.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
