Digital Innovation Strategy & Partner Sourcing
- Lead the planning & roadmap of the digital innovations for the group & Identify
technology solutions together with the IT team to improve the consumer experience both online
& offline
- Closely follow the development of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Gen AI, 3D, Mixed Reality
etc), develop and publish insightful perspectives on innovation trends, how and where
to apply the innovation solutions in Maison context
- Identify pilot Maisons, communicate with internal & external stakeholders in China and HQ to
illustrate the use cases and benefits from innovation solutions
- Scout innovation solutions from the market in response to Maison needs and innovation
roadmap leveraging resources from VC funds, incubators, scouting partners, research institutes,
tech giants and startup community. Evaluate and select the most suitable solution to recommend
to Maisons
Job Requirements
3 years above with VC/PE experience in consumer industry
good at English and good commutation skills
