Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company’s growth, innovation, and operational excellence in both corporate and retail environments.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, with a focus on roles critical to our luxury business. Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and align with the evolving needs of the luxury market.
Performance Management: Establish robust performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance across all levels of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, reflecting the unique demands and expectations of the luxury industry.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Retail-Specific HR Initiatives: Lead initiatives tailored to the retail environment, including store-level HR support, talent management, and ensuring alignment with our luxury brand values.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to the luxury retail sector.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail or corporate environment.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury industry, including retail operations, brand management, and customer experience.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive organizational change, build high-performing teams, and influence business outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term HR strategies that support business growth and innovation.
