We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The FP&A Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing the capital planning process, ensuring that our company’s investments are aligned with strategic goals and financial objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to drive informed decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Capital Planning:**
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s capital planning process, including the preparation of long-term capital expenditure (CapEx) forecasts and budgets.
- Evaluate and prioritize capital investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and financial constraints.
- Monitor and report on capital project performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize returns on investment.

2. **Financial Analysis:**
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including ROI, NPV, and IRR calculations, to support capital investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of capital investments on the company’s financial performance.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the potential outcomes of different investment strategies.

3. **Reporting and Communication:**
- Prepare and present comprehensive capital planning reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

4. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the capital planning process, implementing best practices and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact capital planning and investment decisions.

5. **Team Leadership:**
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with other finance leaders to ensure alignment and consistency across all financial planning and analysis activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on capital planning and investment analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to capital planning and investment management.
