Roles & Responsibilities
Lead China accounting managers to work with Business Centers, Regional Business Finance, Business and other related parties on day-to-day accounting matters, including:
* Lead month-end closing process and drive on-time and quality closure
* Review and sign off financial result for the region
* Review account reconciliations and enhance quality of balance sheet
* Execute compliance with policies & procedures and enhance control environment for Controllership reviews and key focus areas
* Drive Continuous Improvement of E2E process with Business Impact
* Support Business project from financial and accounting prospective
* Team management and talent development
