Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to enhance supply chain analytics. 
• Partner with supply chain stakeholders to assess data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and IT, to integrate and optimize data workflows. 
• Monitor data infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. 
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across various platforms and sources. 
• Enhance data accessibility and usability to support informed decision-making in supply chain operations. 
• Implement best practices in data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and comprehensive documentation. 
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation in data engineering. 

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. 
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in data engineering, preferably in supply chain management. 
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing data engineering projects. 
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and relevant data pipeline tools. 
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS). 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
