Working scope:
Improve the success of our interactions with customers – leading to increasing profit.
In general: take ownership to improve the service experience based on structured analysis and in close
cooperation with each department contributing to the customer experience.
More specifically: optimize internal processes to improve customer experience to drive revenue and increase
profit by best-in-class service. Build structured business intelligence framework to improve control and
transparency regarding results. Drive projects related to building/improving revenue streams and process
streamlining. Contribute to various projects to develop new competences and future markets.

Job Requirements

Qualifcation:
1. Bachelor degree with related study, Foreigner
2. 3+ years working experience in the field of processes/analysis related to
customer/sales management; at least 1.5 years work experience in China
3. Chinese language study certificate
