Famous Auto Diesel Powertrain company

- Pre-sales Technical Support and Project Management:
- Support sales activities by addressing both technical and project management aspects to propose the best
solutions for customer needs.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer technic needs and input them into the internal system, ensuring a clear definition of product specifications.
- Serve as the technical interface with the customer throughout the product lifecycle, gathering issues to be
addressed with the platform team, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer to agree on program planning, including RASIC and program tracking. Identify
early warning signs of potential issues on the customer end and report them internally to develop appropriate
countermeasures.
- Monitor the status of client requests with the platform team, advocating for deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of platform evaluations.
- Support the profitability of the platform/program by prioritizing customer needs, such as customer satisfaction
derived from fulfilling those needs and implementing product modifications.
- Gather client feedback regarding our product and development process, and relay this information to our
organization
- Sponsor pivot products and provide ad-hoc support to dealers in configuring the best pivot solutions to meet
client needs.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of regional customer needs by translating them into product requirements
and clear product specifications for customized product development, particularly when existing products
do not meet those needs.
- Collaborate with regional customization teams to meet the fitting needs of local clients
using regional engineering capabilities.
- Participate in platform teams directly or through the central client management function to represent regional customers and
programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely execution.
- Collaborate with regional customer management to identify synergies with other regions and ensure that the
technical needs of regional customers are integrated into the global platform.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or higher in engine or powertrain engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in engine, powertrain, and axle engineering, or a related field, is required.
- Demonstrated exceptional technical aptitude.
- The candidate must be a self-directed and motivated individual who is willing to accept responsibility, take
initiative, and manage personnel situations with guidance from supervision.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all levels, both within and outside of
company, in a professional manner.
- Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Have experience managing projects from conception to production.
