某知名外资连锁零售企业

Job Summary:
Leading and managing the company's infrastructure team to ensure that the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure across all retail stores align with the company's strategic objectives and business needs. This role requires extensive practical experience in DevOps, as well as specialized knowledge in infrastructure design and operations within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement infrastructure strategies for retail stores to support business growth and technological transformation.
-Manage the budget for infrastructure projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
-Lead the DevOps team to promote continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, enhancing the speed and quality of software delivery.
-Collaborate with business departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
-Ensure that the IT infrastructure of all retail stores complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
-Monitor and optimize the operational efficiency of data centers, networks, servers, and storage systems.
-Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets expected standards.
-Respond to emergencies and develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
-Guide the career development of team members and enhance team skills and knowledge levels.
-Regularly report to senior management on the performance of infrastructure and project progress.

Job Requirements

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-Work Experience: 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in the retail industry.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in data center, network, server, and storage technologies; familiarity with mainstream DevOps tools and practices.
-Leadership: Strong team leadership and project management abilities to motivate the team to achieve goals.
-Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with management at all levels and team members.
-Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
-Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the company's long-term development.
