Key Responsibilities: 

  • Channel Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive channel strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on both traditional and new emerging channels within the FMCG sector. 
  • Market Analysis: leverage internal and external information to understand and predict channel trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities. Use these insights to identify opportunities and challenges within FMCG channels. 
  • Category Management: Develop category growth story to assist the sell-in; Provide tailor make in-store category growth solution to key customers. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of various channels against KPIs and ROI metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed. 
  • Storytelling and Reporting: Effectively communicate channel performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through compelling storytelling and detailed reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in consultant firm or the strategy/sales within the FMCG industry 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful channel strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in market research and data analysis. 
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with proficiency in presenting complex data in an engaging and understandable manner. 
  • Advanced skills in reporting tools and software, with the ability to deliver clear and impactful reports to various stakeholders. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners. 
  • Innovative thinker with a strong logic and problem-solving ability, capable of navigating complex market dynamics. 
  • Up to date with the latest trends in the FMCG sector and channel management practices.
