Title: Finance Manager

Our client is a leading retail brand with growing business in China. Due the the rapid growth of the business, they are looking for a Finance Manager to support China business

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Full Spectrum Finance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our financial operations, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, and Treasury. This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager (GM) in formulating and executing the company's strategic development plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent English communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional resilience under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

2. Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the GM to develop and execute the company's strategic plans.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to support corrective actions.

4. Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

5. Treasury and Cash Management:
- Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements as needed.

6. Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail financial dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing full spectrum financial operations, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are a must.
