.● To assume the functions of Head of RPC China, responsible for the management of the Risk Management Division locally, responsible of the follow-up, monitoring and reporting of all the counterparty, market, and operational risks in all activities.
● To build and maintain a good working relationship with business lines, coverage bankers and Senior Country Officer to anticipate risks, to manage business in a sound manner, and to disseminate the Risk culture in the units of the country.
● To proactively manage the portfolio with on-going monitoring and reporting of any risk event on a counterpart or an industry, in order to recommend/take both pre-emptive and follow-up actions.
● To be responsible to the Board of Directors, shall carry out the activities of operation and management of the Bank in accordance with the AOA and the authorization of the Board of Directors, shall formulate the daily business plans of the Bank and shall be responsible for the specific implementation of such plans after the Board of Directors approves them.
