职位描述
Famous cosmetics company
1. Lead the team to provide insightful analysis on Chinese consumers, markets, and
business to build up CCB strategy.
2. Develop and execute CCB strategy, including medium-term and long-term plans,
in collaboration with the CCB head.
3. Oversee the development and implementation of promotion strategies, taking
into account consumer, market, and business situations.
4. Lead concrete actions with local marketers in the region to achieve strategic goals
and drive business growth.
5. Act as a guide for regional marketers to develop effective IMC strategies based
on the overarching brand strategy.
6. Lead discussions with regional markets to maximize positive synergy and
alignment with the overall brand strategy.
7. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform brand
strategy and positioning.
8. Communicate and implement strategies effectively, from concept to execution.
Job Requirements
1. At least 10 years working experience
2. Top consulting firm experience is the must
3. Having travel retail projects experience
