头部化工机构旗下的股权投资机构

Main Tasks:
- Participate in the company's investment strategy research and execution. Track and analyze macroeconomic trends and industry market dynamics based on the company's investment strategy and investment planning, form investment opinions and provide basis for investment decisions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation, and return analysis of potential investment projects and write related reports.
- Develop implementation and exit plans for investment projects and supervise their execution and operation.
- Promote project initiation and investment decisions, and assist invested projects with pre-investment and post-investment resource matching and management.
- Timely identify project risks and propose corresponding solutions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Science and Engineering related fields. Candidates with dual degrees will be given preference.
- At least 5 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, investment firms, or top accounting firms, or relevant industry background.
- Certified with Fund Practitioner Qualification, previous experience working in top accounting firms, and possessing CPA, CFA, or legal professional qualifications will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of independently drafting investment reports and investment-related agreements.
- Adherence to laws and regulations, ethical conduct, integrity, and a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, with no adverse records.
- Strong team management skills, capable of handling high-intensity work.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
