My Advice

In recent years, China's financial market is moving towards internationalization. More and more international well-known financial institutions have entered, and domestic institutions have also actively gone out, resulting in lots of job demands. However, in addition to professional skills and language skills, these positions also have high requirements for personality and acculturation; an international perspective is also one of the important qualities valued by these institutions. Candidates who want to seize these opportunities should improve their comprehensive ability in advance.

My Background

I completed my master’s degree in Education at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.  After 1 year of internship as a teacher and another 0.5 years as a trainer, I started my career as a recruiter in financial service at another local firm. Outside of work, I am also a Chinese teacher to foreigners.
