• Content management and development
- Develop and implement an integrated content strategy in collaboration with the Global Head of Communications (Europe).
- Produce and manage relevant, original, and impactful content for internal communication channels, website, and social media
- Collaborate across departments to identify content opportunities and develop ideas aligned with the overall communications strategy.
• Social media leadership
- After familiarization with the company culture and strategy, manage external social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and WeChat.
- Monitor additional social media platforms (e.g. Glassdoor, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, LINE, among others), conducting performance analysis and generating management reports
- Contribute to strengthening the crisis communications playbook, working closely with the global Communications team to proactively co-manage potential reputational crises
• APAC main point of contact and general corporate communications
- Serve as the primary internal communications contact in APAC
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordination with the wider communications team in Europe
- Collaborate with the team in Europe on new tools and technologies to enhance content delivery and employee engagement
- Contribute to building and maintaining internal communities and driving engagement with philanthropic or events
- Support the maintenance and development of the website and other digital projects
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years or above relevant experience in content management, social media (Linkedin/WeChat/Xiaohongshu), and community building (including intranet platforms)
• Excellent written skills in Mandarin Chinese and good verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of complex environments
• Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Strong sense of compliance and understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt content for diverse regional audiences
• Collaborative, self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
