Our company is a leading global consumer internet company. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to join our Shanghai office. As part of the Investment team, you will work closely with senior leaders on M&A assessment & execution, portfolio management, industry mapping & analysis and other strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities： 1. Conduct in-depth analysis across gaming, AI, and other various fast-growing tech sectors; be able to identify the key drivers in each business and provide expansion recommendation to senior management 2. Assess strategic investment opportunities and lead the investment process from end-to-end, including deal sourcing, potential value-added evaluation, due diligence, key deal terms negotiation and presentation of investment memos to senior management 3. Ensure smooth communication with external and internal stakeholders 4. Be responsible for ad-hoc strategic investment related research projects and drive follow-up strategic initiatives 5. Coach and guide junior members Requirements： 1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university 2. More than 3 years of experience in one of the following VC/PE fund or investment arm of a well-known tech firm, specializing in AI investment sector Strategy consulting firm, having exposures to AI-related projects AI related company, acting as a product manager or in related business positions for AI products 3. Strong business sense, financial & accounting knowledge, and modeling skill 4. Highly intelligent, critical thinker, problem solver, great interpersonal skills, genuine interest in technology 5. Proficiency in Chinese and English 6. Specialization in or having hands-on deal experience in gaming and other fast-growing tech sectors is a plus 7. Passion towards games / gaming industry is a plus
