Job Description

Main Scope:
Focusing on Business Development, Market Expansion, and Service Management
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in responsible for business development, market expansion, and service quality management of the terminal building at Xiamen Airport, to enhance the company's operating income, customer satisfaction, and the reputation of the service brand.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
(1) Familiar with civil aviation safety management systems and operational quality standards, with relevant work experience in terminal building business development, market expansion, and service quality management.
(2) Have more than 3 years of middle management experience or above in domestic and international airlines, airports with a passenger throughput of more than 40 million; or more than 3 years of middle management experience or above in civil aviation regulatory authorities, air traffic control, and related units.
(3) Candidates with senior management experience in business management, terminal building business planning and operation, market expansion, or service quality management at domestic and international airlines, airports with a passenger throughput of more than 40 million will be given priority.
(4) Professional managers with experience in business development, market expansion, and service enhancement at Asia international 4F airports such as Singapore and Hong Kong will be given priority.
