Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, particularly in manufacturing and factory operations.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce. Provide guidance on workforce planning and succession planning.
Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and reducing legal risks.
Policy Development: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring alignment with company values and legal standards.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g.,are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on manufacturing or factory environments. Experience in a multinational industrial setting is highly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
