Job Description

Our Client is a multinational medical device company.

Job Description:

  • Closely work on with Sales to collect needs/feedback and capture business opportunities, Lead collaboration with BU leadership on commercial strategies and go-to-market models
  • Propose projects and deals actively based on business insights
  • Collect market intelligence, conduct feasibility studies, and preliminary screen project through due diligence, valuation and return analysis of proposed investment projects, and do approval preparation
  • Timely disclose the risks in project operation and propose corresponding solutions
  • Manage portfolio of company-level strategic initiatives; lead cross-functional task forces to drive implementation
  • Cultivate corporate capabilities and management systems; develop or innovate business models

 

Position Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience; 8+ years preferred
  • Strategic planning, business development, strategic marketing, PE/VC fund at Fortune 500 company (healthcare industry preferred) or strategy consulting experience
  • Understand and familiarize with the key points and success factors in investment and M&A


Skills and Competency:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving, with excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
  • Outstanding analytical skills; e.g., developing business cases, building quantitative models
  • Good organizing and planning skill with a strong business acumen, highly self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent delivery of high-quality project outputs
  • Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills
  • Professional proficiency in Office software
