Job Responsibility：
• Oversee and manage production system control, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage and control the upgrade, optimization, and iteration of production systems.
• Oversee release management, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of updates and new features.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance production control processes.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
• Ensure China IT has the required capacity to drive and execute remediation efforts.
• Mentor and manage a team of production control staff, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Role Qualifications：
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field；
• At least 12 years of experience in IT function, at least 6 years of experience in IT Production Control；
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills；
• Extensive knowledge of production control processes and best practices；
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities；
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective control processes and culture.
