I. Position Overview
The HR Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's human resources strategies and operations to support the company's business goals and growth. This role requires close collaboration with the senior leadership team to formulate and implement human resources policies and plans, while also managing and guiding the human resources team.

II. Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.
Conduct human resources planning, predict manpower needs, and provide human support for the company's long-term development.
Analyze human resources data and trends, and provide suggestions on human resources performance and strategic directions.

Talent Management and Recruitment
Lead and supervise the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and selection of high-quality talents.
Establish and maintain an effective talent pool to meet the company's immediate and future talent needs.
Design and implement talent assessment and development plans to improve employees' performance and potential.

Performance Management
Design and implement a performance management system to ensure that employees' work performance is consistent with the company's goals.
Provide performance evaluations and feedback, and formulate individual and team development plans.
Handle situations where performance does not meet standards, including formulating improvement plans and possible dismissal procedures.

Training and Development
Formulate and implement employee training and development plans to enhance employees' skills and knowledge levels.
Determine training needs, organize internal training courses and external training activities.
Support employees' career development plans, provide promotion opportunities and career development guidance.

Compensation and Benefits Management
Design and manage the company's compensation system to ensure fair and reasonable compensation that is competitive.
Conduct market research to understand compensation levels in the same industry and provide attractive compensation packages for employees.
Manage employees' benefit plans, including health insurance, pensions, paid vacations, etc.
Suppose the company plans to expand into a new market, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the compensation levels of the same industry in that region in order to formulate a competitive compensation plan to attract and retain talents.

Employee Relations Management
Establish and maintain good employee relations, and resolve employees' problems and disputes.
Promote teamwork and communication and collaboration among employees.
Organize and participate in employee activities to improve employees' job satisfaction and loyalty.

Legal Compliance and Labor Relations
Ensure that the company's human resources policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Handle employees' labor disputes and complaints and safeguard the company's legal rights and interests.
Negotiate and bargain with unions or employee representatives to resolve labor relations issues.

Department Management and Team Development
Manage and guide the human resources team, formulate work goals and plans, and evaluate work performance.
Cultivate and develop team members to improve the team's professional capabilities and business levels.
Promote team innovation and improvement of work processes to improve work efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, priority is given to those with relevant majors such as Human Resource Management and Business Administration.

Have more than 8 years of working experience in human resource management, among which at least 3 years of experience as an HR manager or an equivalent position.

Be familiar with all modules of human resource management and have rich practical experience and professional knowledge.

Possess good strategic thinking and planning ability, and be able to formulate a human resource strategy that matches the company's strategy.

Have excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to motivate and cultivate team members.

Have strong communication and coordination skills and problem-solving ability, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with personnel at different levels.

Be familiar with labor laws and regulations, and have a good sense of compliance and risk prevention ability.
Have strong data analysis ability and decision-making ability, and be able to make accurate judgments and decisions based on data.
