Job Requirements
1. Lead the FP&A team
2. Create new business analytical modeling, validate project assumptions, and secure Finance alignment
3. Lead the creation of 5 year strategic growth plan, annual operating budgets, and quarterly business forecasts
4. Direct analyses towards key areas of business performance to unlock insights for the organization and capture emerging opportunities
5. Assimilate financial and non-financial information to influence short, medium and long range decision making
6. Define dedicated or shared resourcing options for the business unit, recruit and train new Finance partners
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance, economics, etc
Above 12 years experience
consumer goods experience
Good English speaking
