FP&A (Assistant) Manager

Job Description

The client is a MNC retail company

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support the company's strategic initiatives and operational planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee the budgeting process, including the preparation of budgets, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Manage the FP&A team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to enhance team capabilities.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a key financial liaison with other departments, providing financial expertise and support.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
