Job Description:

Stakeholder Relationships

• Work closely with Global IT, China business teams and IT on data platform roadmap
  planning
• Work as IT data project manager on business requirement collection, development quality
  control, and technical validation
• Plan on data platform iteration template with new data source ingestion, and new business casedevelopment
• Implement data governance process in collaboration with China and Global data team
• Standardize data collection on metrics naming, business logic, etc.
• Ensure data quality control by setting up data quality monitoring rules and remediation plan
• Regular update and review data documents as single source of truth
• Setup on data access control based on data catalog
• Cooperate with business team to identify data source owners and co-work on role & responsibility design
   

Project Management

• Continuous project development on existing data platform through Agile way
• Manage business stakeholders and 3rd party agency to ensure project deliverables on scope, timeline and budget
• Closely work with Maison’s stakeholders to manage requirement priority
• Early identify potential project risks and pending items to communicate with steering committee,
