Job Description
Our client is a prestigious Fin-tech company with growing business in China
The FP&A Director will play a critical role in partnering with the General Manager to drive business results for the China market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing strategy and execution for the China market
- Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the China market
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide financial guidance to business partners to drive profitable growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis and business planning
- Experience in start-up, tech, or internet companies preferred
- Experience in partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
