China Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility of China finance.
Set up and improve the China finance share service center.
Play as business partner to guide the business financials, drive business growth and continuously control OPEX.
Improve factories costing and tracking the cost efficiency.
Lead forecast and budget process.
Set internal control in place and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company procedures.
Act as key advisor for accounting policy and IFRS rules.
Work with external parties on audit, compliance topics.
Maintain balance sheet reviews and the monthly close process.
Monitor working capital level and review provision level on a regular basis.
Drive CAPEX control, productivity and ROI analysis.
Support other initiatives, special projects, requests and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Contribute to a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
8 years of professional experience as finance leader is desired
Strong leadership, management, and teamwork skills
Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, with confidence to challenge the status quo
Big 4 working experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
Enthusiasm to work as a team player and a team leader
Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization
Confidence to interact with all levels of the organization
Technical ability to effectively navigate interplay between financial systems
Applies strong technical and analytical skills to influence strategic business decisions
English as working language
