Our client is a joint venture between a large foreign enterprise and a private Chinese enterprise They are looking for a CFO to be responsible for the overall finance management. Responsibilities include but not limited to Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the JV in accordance with the corporate objectives and local regulations Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts and projections to support corporate decision making Manage the JV's financial function, including budgeting, accounting, and treasury operations Ensure that the JV's financial operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors Participate in negotiations and agreements with banks, creditors, and other financial institutions Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including JV partners, suppliers, and customers Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to achieve departmental and company objectives Work closely with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum 10 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of local financial regulations and reporting requirements Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Fluent in both Mandarin and English
