Job Description
Our Client is a leading biopharma
- Identify patentable inventions, draft patent applications, work together with outside counsel on patent filing, prosecution and patent portfolio matters and collaborate with R&D on inventions and freedom to operate
- Support business development and research collaborations
- Conduct patent and prior art search, competitive landscape analysis, patentability, and freedom to operate analysis
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in bio-pharmaceutical intellectual property practice
- Advanced degree in molecular biology, immunology, or other biological sciences required
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and / or strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and commercialization
