They are looking for an APAC Head of Finance to partner with APAC Business Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of finance including FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Business Planning for the organization
Develop and execute global financial strategies that support the organization's growth objectives
oversee financial budgets, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
Analyze and identify areas of financial risk and develop and implement solutions to mitigate them
Oversee financial reporting and compliance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives to achieve the organization's objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and external business partners
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team to ensure a high-performance culture and effective talent development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Business Planning
Proven leadership experience in a global setting, including managing teams across different regions and cultures
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage
