My Advice

The workplace is constantly changing and to make sure you're on your preferred career path, it's a good idea to clearly know what you want when facing new opportunities. The most important thing, I think, is asking yourself:” what would motivate you to work energetically, what kind of people do you like to work with, what you're not willing to compromise.” And then, enjoy your work, be valued in your industry, and keep a realistic outlook on your career.

My Background

I completed my Bachelor’s degree at  East China University of Science and Technology and My  Master’s at The Chinese University of Science and Technology. Along with a strong educational background, I accumulated several experiences in Human Resource Management. After that, I was hired as a associate consultant in Morgan Mckinley. And I’m really into communicating with talents in diverse personality, which is a meaningful mutual-learning process.
